Your Key Responsibilities :

Leading Shifts : Running shifts effectively to ensure great food and excellent guest service.

Developing the Team : Acting as a coach and mentor, supporting a high-performing team through positive role modeling.

Upholding Standards : Maintaining strict compliance with all operational and food safety procedures.

Supporting Store Operations : Assisting with recruiting, training, staff supervision, and managing inventory.

Driving Success : Helping to motivate the team to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications) :

Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

1-2 years of restaurant experience is preferred; management experience is a plus.

ServSafe Certified is preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
