Job description
A company is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) - Bilingual Spanish & English-Part Time.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound and outbound calls for a multi-state nurse triage service, documenting interactions in EHR
Conduct clinical assessments and triage patients based on established protocols
Provide administrative support, including medication refills and coordinating follow-up care
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree in Nursing
Minimum of 2-4 years of full-time clinical experience as a Registered Nurse
Previous telephone triage experience using electronic triage systems
Licenses required : Compact + NY, IL, MA
Ability to work remotely in a HIPAA compliant workspace
