General Office Assistant
We are looking for a proactive and organized General Office Assistant to support our team in daily administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and be comfortable handling phone inquiries.
Key Responsibilities :
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
- Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a welcoming office environment.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient office operations.
- Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support overall office functions.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is a plus.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required.EOE.
