Position Overview & Responsibilities : The Environmental Manager is responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction for Christensen Farms' environmental compliance, nutrient management, and agronomy functions. This position oversees a dedicated team and is accountable for the planning, coordination, and performance of programs that ensure environmental stewardship and operational sustainability across the company. With a strong focus on people leadership, this role guides team members through clear expectations, coaching, and performance management to achieve business and regulatory goals. The Environmental Manager plays a key role in aligning environmental strategies with production operations, supporting long-term land application programs, and enhancing the value of CF's plant food resources through effective program oversight and development.
