Direct Counsel is seeking a Healthcare Associate to join a leading national firm’s Seattle office.

This junior to midlevel associate position is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a demonstrated interest in healthcare law to build a comprehensive practice in a supportive, partner-track environment.

Key Highlights :

Handle a variety of healthcare regulatory and compliance matters, reimbursement, fraud and abuse, medical staff, healthcare contracting, HIPAA, and telemedicine.

Strong emphasis on legal writing, contract drafting, and client-facing skills.

Work closely with partners and clients in a collegial, team-oriented environment.

Relocation and Washington State Bar expenses covered (if applicable).

Qualifications :

JD class years 2020–2023 .

At least 2 years of healthcare or related regulatory experience .

Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills.

Admission to the Washington State Bar (or willingness to become admitted).

Compensation & Benefits :

Annualized salary range : $215,000–$330,000 , plus bonus eligibility.
