We are seeking experienced and motivated Heavy Equipment Operators to join our team. This role involves operating heavy equipment to achieve daily production goals related to storm drainage, pipe installation, trenching, and sewer work.

Responsibilities

• Operate backhoes, excavators, dozers, front end loaders, and other heavy equipment for construction projects.
• Perform storm drainage, pipe installation, trenching, and sewer work.
• Utilize Trimble software for GPS operations.
• Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Maintain equipment and perform routine checks.

Work Environment

Work on projects within a 50-mile radius of Sanatoga, PA, covering site development, construction prep, trenching, drainage, grading, paving, and concrete foundation work. Be prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions, with exposure to outside weather, vibration, fumes, and loud noise levels. A valid driver's license and personal transportation are required as candidates will commute directly to the job site.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Easton, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00 / hr.
