SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

How You'll Contribute :

  • Manage outsourced bookkeeping and accounting procedures-AP, AR, GL, PR calculations, etc.
  • Enter or review all work orders and monitor against standards.
  • Produce timely and accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) to measure production objectives and maintain accurate inventory; oversee physical inventory and adjust, as necessary.
  • Oversee and maintain production reports from the production management team.
  • Prepare and monitor cash flow.
  • Assess risk; maintain insurances / licenses, compliance, etc.
  • Monitor and direct implementation of business strategy, perform analysis including margins to assist in key decisions.
  • Maintain books and records for second business entity.
  • Management of PEO-plan benefits and other elections; maintain HR records.

    • About YOU!

  • B.S. in accounting, finance, economics, or related.
  • 3+ years of public accounting experience with exposure to manufacturing and including supervisory experience.
  • ERP experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills.

    Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including internal equity, market data, the candidate's qualifications- including but not limited to specialty skills, prior relevant industry experience, relevant degrees or certifications (e.g., CPA, JD). The salary range estimate below is inclusive of all departments within the company and offered salaries may vary within the given range between departments. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this level is $75,000 - $90,000 not including other competitive benefits.
