As a Retail Lending Growth Marketing Manager within PNC's Marketing organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Philadelphia, PA; Cleveland, OH; Chicago, IL. Ability to proactively problem solve and overcome challenges. Ability to think outside of the box to propose solutions, develop marketing strategies, and launch test & learn initiatives to achieve business goals and drive success while delivering quality consumer experiences and managing risk and budget. Consumer lending industry experience creating omni-channel marketing strategies for acquisition, cross-sell, retention and engagement lifecycles. Understanding of consumer lending products, programs and audiences. Ability to stay on top of industry cycles and trends. Experience in partnering with product and risk partners to support successful outcomes of omni-channel marketing campaigns. Experience in optimizing digital funnel strategies. o Experience in customer and prospect journey building and optimization. o Understanding of paid media (Search, Social and Display), SEO and affiliate test & learn opportunities, strategies and channels. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, responding to partners in a timely manner. Ability to use data and consumer insights to develop break-through creatives and marketing strategies. Pay Transparency
Base Salary : $85,000.00 $138,000.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and / or individual performance.
