About The Position
Job Title : Speech and Language Pathologist

Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Home Health
License : Massachusetts Speech and Language Pathologist License required
Certifications : Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required; BLS (AHA)
Must-Have :
- Valid Driver License required
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Acute care experience preferred
- Master or Doctorate Degree required
- Knowledge of and familiarity with rehabilitation equipment including language / communication aids and wheelchairs
Description :
The speech / language pathologist is responsible for providing speech therapy services to clients in home health.
The primary function is the provision of direct patient care.
This includes collaboration with other team members and participation in the development of the patient's comprehensive plan of care.
Travelers are required to work two of the specified holiday dates.
Requested time off during the course of this assignment must be noted prior to submission.
Profiles will not be presented without specified interview availability.
No more than five days of requested time off will be accepted.
