Licensed Escrow Officer

A company is looking for an Operations Escrow Officer.

Key Responsibilities

Manage escrow transactions from initiation to closing

Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies

Coordinate communication between all parties involved in the transaction

Required Qualifications

Experience in escrow or title operations

Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

Proficiency in escrow management software

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in real estate or finance is a plus

Relevant certifications in escrow or title services preferred
