Substitute Childcare Teacher (South Metro)

Pay Range : $21.00-$22.50 / hr. (DOQ)

We are seeking a SUBSTITUTE CHILDCARE TEACHER to join our team in the west metro area. Substitutes in our South metro will be responsible for working at schools in the Apple Valley, Burnsville, Eagan, Lakeville, Savage and Rosemount areas.

Responsibilities

  • Be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
  • Enjoy working with children.
  • Have a flexible part-time or full-time schedule, Monday–Friday.
  • Positively contribute to a team-centered environment.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA, to be considered teacher-qualified under MN Rule 3.
  • Be able to meet state qualification requirements and satisfy the Applicant Background Study as required by state regulations.
  • Can provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
  • Has the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
  • Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required.
