Overview

Job Summary / Objective :

Alter-Learning Inc. is seeking a highly experienced Art Director to be responsible for the visual style and overall design of our IP-related projects. In this role, the Art Director will effectively communicate and ensure the artistic vision and aesthetic direction, manage design teams, and ensure the final product aligns with the company’s vision and project requirements.

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining a creative vision in any transmedia product related to our IP.
• Managing and overseeing design teams, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Determining visual elements to use in the project, ensuring they align with the overall concept.
• Ensuring quality and consistency, reviewing and approving artwork and designs, and ensuring they meet quality standards and maintain a consistent visual style.
• Budget and timeline management to ensure the project’s budget and timeline stay on track and within the allocated resources.
• Staying current with trends to stay up-to-date on the latest visual design trends and techniques to ensure the final product is innovative and relevant.
