Seven Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join a supportive rehab team in Avon, Indiana . This full-time, permanent position offers consistent day shifts, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on patients' mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

  • Carry out treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist
  • Provide therapeutic exercises and interventions to patients
  • Document and track patient progress
  • Educate patients and families on therapy techniques
  • Work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary rehab team

    • Requirements

  • Active Indiana PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Associate's degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
  • Previous clinical or rehab experience preferred
