Location : Heber City, Utah

Schedule : Monday - Thursday, 9 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM

Compensation : $28-$40 / hour depending on experience

Position Summary :

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Therapist or SUDC to facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups for our PHP and IOP clients. This individual will work closely with the clinical team to ensure clients are receiving effective, person-centered care that supports long-term recovery and wellness.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducation sessions for adult clients in PHP / IOP levels of care.
  • Provide individual support and case coordination as needed.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team during staffings, case reviews, and treatment planning.
  • Document all services provided in accordance with state and organizational standards.
  • Maintain ethical and professional standards of practice.
  • Contribute to a safe, therapeutic, and supportive treatment environment.
  • Support clients in developing coping strategies, life skills, and recovery tools.

Required Qualifications :

  • Must hold one of the following active Utah licenses / certifications :

    • ○ CSW, ACMHC, LCSW, CMHC, LMFT, or SUDC (or equivalent).

  • Experience working with individuals with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.
  • Strong group facilitation skills and understanding of trauma-informed care.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Strong documentation and time management skills.

    • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience facilitating groups in a PHP / IOP setting.
  • Familiarity with CPT, DBT, MI, IFS, or other evidence-based modalities.
  • Passion for helping individuals heal, grow, and thrive in recovery.
