Entry Level Position

Are you ready to start your career in the automotive industry? New Holland Auto Group has an opening for a front-line customer position. The service department is the busiest part of a car dealership, and many would say it is "Where the action is"!

We are looking for an individual to be the shining light representative for our dealership. This candidate we are seeking has a knack for communication and making customers feel welcomed and appreciated. Many of our lifelong employees started out in entry-level positions just like this!

Responsibilities include :

  • Greeting visitors both by telephone and in-person at the dealership service department
  • Scheduling appointments for vehicle service
  • Filing paperwork
  • Accepting payments
  • Providing information and assistance to other departments as needed

Requirements include :

  • Must be comfortable with high energy and fast paced work environment
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Cross Training - Service BDC & Service Greeter
  • Must be well organized

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Math, Reading and Basic Computer skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Professional appearance and work ethic
  • Must have a valid PA driver's license with good driving record
