Are you a compassionate and dedicated RN seeking a rewarding career? The Converse Home, a warm and welcoming assisted living community in Burlington, VT, is looking for full-time nurses to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to use your skills and passion to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents each day. We are currently hiring for the day shift, from 6 : 30 a.m. to 3 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with no weekends.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide high-quality nursing care with compassion and professionalism.
• Administer medications and treatments according to care plans.
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate and support residents and their families.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
