What We Are Looking For
We are seeking independent licensed clinicians who are passionate about making a difference. Ideal candidates will :
Be willing to conduct 15-21 sessions per week.
Be adaptable behavioral health generalists, open to working with couples and children.
Value autonomy yet thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Be interested in leadership or supervisory roles in the future.
Demonstrate strong character with a commitment to integrity and quality care.
Qualifications :
Must hold an active and unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPCMH, or be a Licensed Psychologist in Delaware.
Must reside and be licensed in the state where services are provided.
Compensation :
Potential earnings up to $58,600 based on licensure type / level, session volume, and eligibility for bonuses.
