Job Title :  Tax Manager; looking for someone to inherit book of business for retiring Tax Partner

Location :   Pasadena, CA

Role Summary :  Tax Partner is due to retire in next 2 - 3 years and looking for someone to take over that book of business

Compensation :   Up to $190k base + annual bonus & full benefits

We're a boutique CPA firm based in Pasadena, CA that's actively looking for someone at the Tax Manager or Sr Tax Manager level to assist with a transitioning Tax Partner, who is looking to retire here in the next 2 - 3 years.

The firm primarily works with high net worth individuals, small business & corporations for their tax compliance & advisory needs.

Ideally we would like to find someone, who has more of a high net worth tax background as that best alignment with the Tax Partner and book of business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of public accounting experience
• CPA licensed
• Local & driving distance to Pasadena, CA (hybrid set up)
• Aspirations to take over a book of business
