Implementation Manager

A company is looking for an Implementation Manager to lead customer implementations of enterprise software projects.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer implementations, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with customer expectations

Oversee multiple simultaneous implementations, managing priorities, risks, and escalations

Collaborate with customers to understand their requirements and configure the platform accordingly

Required Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a customer-facing implementation role at a B2B SaaS company

Expertise in project planning and risk management for multiple projects

Familiarity with waterfall and agile (Scrum) methodologies

Understanding of data ETL and migration tasks

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Jira, and similar tools
