Position Overview

The Tax Manager will oversee tax compliance and planning for a diverse portfolio of clients, with a focus on real estate taxation. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple tax projects concurrently while ensuring compliance with federal and state tax laws.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and review federal and state tax returns for C Corporations, S Corporations, and Partnerships
• Provide strategic tax planning and advice to clients, particularly in the real estate sector
• Supervise and mentor junior tax staff and ensure their professional development
• Stay updated on tax legislation and analyze its impact on clients
• Conduct tax research and prepare technical memos to support tax positions
• Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients regarding tax issues
• Assist in IRS audits and other tax-related inquiries.
