A company is looking for an Application Support Engineer I.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and incidents via the ticketing system, ensuring accurate documentation and timely updates
Provide first-line application support by proactively troubleshooting and resolving application issues related to workflows, configuration, and system behavior
Collaborate with senior support staff, developers, product teams, and cross-functional partners to resolve complex issues and understand technical design specifications and functional requirements
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Recently graduated (or are graduating soon) with a Computer Science or related degree
Tech-savvy individual with a strong interest in software development and application support
Comfortable working with customers in a technical, client-facing environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Team player who demonstrates flexibility and a positive, professional demeanor
