Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager and Superintendent in the planning, coordination, and execution of large commercial construction projects.
• Review and track RFIs, submittals, change orders, and material procurement to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate between the design team, field operations, and subcontractors to resolve technical and logistical issues.
• Assist with project scheduling, cost control, and quality assurance documentation.
• Conduct site walks and support field supervision with project layout, safety compliance, and progress tracking.
• Prepare meeting minutes, daily reports, and progress documentation for internal and client use.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
