The Opportunity

We are seeking an Intermediate Architect / Project Manager with strong experience in workplace design. This is a full-time, in-office role that provides ample opportunity for professional growth. The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects early on, manage team members directly, and collaborate closely with firm leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the design process through all project phases, from schematic design to construction administration.
• Create schematic layouts, construction drawings, and permitting documents.
• Prepare marketing and presentation materials.
• Participate in construction administration, including site visits, RFI responses, submittal reviews, and issuing meeting minutes.
• Research and source furniture, lighting, fabrics, and other finishes.
• Maintain and organize finish / material libraries.
