Responsibilities

Carrier Management & Performance

• Own all carrier relationships, leading the sourcing, negotiation, and onboarding of new parcel carriers to consistently reduce client costs and scale the autonomous fulfillment network.
• Conduct continuous, external-facing fulfillment operations analysis, focusing on service quality, SLA adherence, and driving significant improvements in carrier performance.
• Maintain and leverage sophisticated carrier reporting, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to proactively diagnose and correct network performance gaps.
