Veterinary Receptionist / CSR

Healing Spirit Animal Wellness Center is a progressive veterinary practice providing integrative medical care to cats, dogs, rabbits, and other small mammals. Our practice offers a unique blend of advanced diagnostic testing, conventional medicine, surgery and dentistry along with acupuncture, herbal medicine, PEMF, therapeutic laser, and hydrotherapy with an underwater treadmill. Due to increased demand for services, we are adding a full-time Receptionist to our team. We are seeking an individual who is highly organized, has great interpersonal communication skills, and enjoys working with other team members to create a supportive and inclusive environment. This position includes communication with clients by telephone, e-mail, and text, updating medical records with communications, laboratory results, and prescription refill requests, scheduling appointments, collecting payment for services, communicating with doctors and other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow. Prior veterinary experience is preferred, however other relevant work experience may be considered.
