Job descriptionShift : 06 : 00 – 14 : 30 | DAY Description : Local only. Columbia Crest Center is a 111-bed skilled nursing facility with a mixed population of long-term and subacute patients. Each unit has an average of 25–30 patients. Guaranteed Hours : 40 W / RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE UPDATED RESUME (facility, location, employment date, charting tools) LICENSE BLS CERTIFICATE 2-3 REFERENCE Holiday Pay Weekly pay Guaranteed Hours 401k retirement plan Medical benefits Mileage reimbursement Referral bonus License and certification reimbursement Dental benefits
