Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This position offers a rewarding opportunity for a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support students in grades 6-12 within a dynamic West Hartford, CT K-12 school setting. Featuring a contract for the new school year (NSY), this role provides approximately 30 hours per week working across two schools (middle and high school) with an itinerant service model that includes paid travel.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of diagnoses using an established caseload model.
• Deliver direct and indirect therapy hours, including participation in paid team meetings and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with education professionals and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
• Utilize teletherapy methods as appropriate to enhance service delivery.
• Adhere to district policies and maintain documentation within the districts IEP system.
• Supervision responsibilities may be applicable depending on licensure status (e.g., support for Clinical Fellows).
