Regional Manager

We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated Regional Property Manager who has a track record for assembling and supervising teams that outperform their respective markets.

What do we need you to do?  Supervise a portfolio of 5 – 7 apartment properties in the DFW Metro area.

The Job : Our Regional Property Managers are responsible for :

• Hiring, motivating, supporting and supervising the managers and staffs on the properties in their portfolio.
• Interface as needed with property owners and / or asset managers to communicate the ongoing performance of their properties and any issues that need their attention or involvement.
• Monitor, review and approve all property operating expenses.
• Financial review and reporting monthly, quarterly and annually. Preparation of annual operating budgets.
• Weekly pricing calls with managers in order to set rental rates, specials, deposits, leasing criteria and leasing goals for each property.
• Respond to and resolve any resident complaints and / or concerns communicated to the corporate office. Monitor portfolio performance on review sites and motivate staffs to continually improve their standing on those review sites
