Position Title : Physical Therapist – Outpatient Rehab Clinic
Location : Chandler, Arizona
Schedule : Full-Time | 40 Hours per Week | Monday–Friday
Setting : Onsite | Single Clinic Location | No Travel
Compensation : $85,000 – $100,000 annually + Performance-Based Bonus

Perform detailed patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plansDeliver hands-on, evidence-based interventions such as manual therapy and therapeutic exerciseSupervise and mentor PTAs to maintain consistency in care deliveryMaintain a caseload of approximately 13 patient visits per dayEducate patients and caregivers on goals, progress, and at-home programsAdapt treatment plans to ensure ongoing patient improvementAccurately document all visits in the EMR system in a timely mannerCollaborate with referring providers and contribute to clinical meetingsStay compliant with Arizona PT licensure and CEU requirementsQualifications
Required :
Active or pending Arizona Physical Therapist licenseStrong clinical reasoning, organization, and documentation skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining a patient-centered approachExcellent interpersonal and communication abilitiesPreferred :
