Overview
Trio Hospice / Jet Health, Inc. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Hospice Sales Consultant / Care Navigator to join our team in Denton, TX and surrounding areas. The primary responsibility of this role is to drive sales and develop relationships with key accounts, generating referrals and growing the agency's client base for our home health office.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and develop relationships with key accounts to generate referrals and grow the agency's client base for our home health office.
- Coordinate referrals and communicate timely with the intake / office team.
- Proactively follow up on new account leads.
- Develop and implement a workable sales plan, identifying key account targets and tactics to execute weekly.
- Utilize market intelligence data and available tools to aid growth.
- Attend community, networking, and social events to promote the agency\'s services.
- Establish a public relations program to interpret the agency\'s services and foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies.
- Build and nurture value-based relationships within key accounts; generate referrals from physicians, discharge planners, social workers, case managers, SNFs, and other healthcare settings.
- Assist in program development and policy creation for new programs; collaborate with administrative and supervisory personnel.
- Demonstrate knowledge of and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws related to marketing the agency.
- Carries out other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited college / university; required as LPN / LVN, RN, Registered Nurse, Therapist (PT, OT, SLP) or Social Worker (BSW, MSW, LBSW, LMSW, LCSW, LICSW, LMFT, LPC). Preferred but not required.Previous post-acute healthcare sales experience preferred, especially in SNFs, DME, ortho, and cardiac; hospice sales strongly preferred.Excellent communication, selling, and problem-solving skills; ability to articulate service capabilities to the targeted audience.Go-getter attitude; outgoing and driven.Reliable transportation; ability to travel locally within the assigned territory daily and attend sales meetings as required.Ability to articulate service capabilities to the targeted audience.Ability to work with coordination between referrals and intake / office teams.Environmental And Working Conditions
