Automation Shift Leader (3rd Shift) Location : Littleton, CO (100% Onsite) Schedule : Thursday–Saturday, 5 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM, plus every other Wednesday Salary (Direct Hire) : $74,000 – $95,000 annually + 7% annual bonus Overview We are seeking a Shift Leader, Automation to join our team in Littleton, CO. This position is responsible for leading automated production operations on 3rd shift. The Shift Leader will oversee daily performance, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and provide leadership and development for production associates in a regulated manufacturing environment. Must-Have Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in a production or operations environment Prior experience in automated operations required Proven ability to supervise and develop team members Experience managing in a regulated or GMP-compliant environment preferred Strong knowledge of performance metrics, production reports, and process improvement techniques Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proficient with PC-based applications and data management systems Key Responsibilities Manage and lead a functional group, ensuring operational schedules are met within budget through effective resource use and problem-solving Plan and implement organizational or process changes to improve overall efficiency and quality Act as the Voice of the Customer and serve as a Subject Matter Expert for automated production processes Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering and other support functions Promote cross-functional collaboration and consistency in policies, practices, and documentation Facilitate team meetings and provide clear communication of goals, metrics, and expectations Develop associates through training, coaching, and performance feedback Oversee non-conformance processes and maintain production data in relevant systems Drive throughput, schedule adherence, and KPI performance Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met at all times Ref : #558-Scientific
