Rush Medical Group is currently seeking BC / BE Internal Medicine and Family Medicine physicians to join our expanding Primary Care team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside a dedicated group of providers with access to nationally recognized clinical programs, all designed to support the delivery of exceptional, coordinated care to patients and the community. The selected candidate will serve as a full-time clinician at Rush Oak Park Hospital, with the potential to pursue a faculty appointment at Rush Medical College.

This position will enjoy a strong clinical work environment with direct patient care responsibilities. Qualified applicants must be licensed or eligible to obtain a medical license in IL, possess a demonstrated history of professionalism, team building, and providing excellent clinical care. Candidates with EPIC EMR experience are preferred. We are looking for team members who have a desire to meaningfully impact our community. Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.

Pay Range : $245,000 - $330,000
