About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Recruiting Coordinator to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll support our Talent Acquisition function by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications, and assisting with the recruitment of entry-level positions across the organization.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys providing an excellent candidate experience from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow a career in HR or Talent Acquisition within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams across multiple departments.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist recruiters with sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for entry-level positions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Post job openings on internal and external job boards, ensuring consistency and visibility.
  • Support background check, onboarding, and pre-employment documentation processes.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to confirm interview feedback and next steps.
  • Contribute to improving recruiting processes and candidate engagement initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 1+ year of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Prior experience coordinating interviews for high-volume or entry-level recruiting
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset
  • Passion for building relationships and supporting hiring success
  • Pay Details : $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
