Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance, energy efficiency, and code complianceRespond promptly to emergency service calls and participate in the rotating on-call scheduleInterpret schematics and read blueprintsUtilize hand tools, meters, and advanced diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficientlyAdhere strictly to EPA regulations and safety guidelines when handling refrigerants and other regulated materialsUse and navigate HVAC service software platforms (e.g., ServiceTitan) for dispatch, job tracking, and customer notesMust be physically capable of performing the tasks related to this trade. Including climbing, working at heights, squatting, lifting more than 50 pounds, working in excessive heat, and varying weather conditions while maintaining a Safety First and teamwork mindset.Requirements
Valid EPA certificationMinimum of 3+ years of HVAC experienceValid Driver’s License with a clean recordAbility to pass a drug screening and background checkMust supply your own professional-grade hand tools, meters, and refrigeration gaugesPositive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to delivering outstanding serviceStrong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies — we’re a forward-thinking company offering advanced, high-efficiency solutions to our customers
