You would be responsible for directing and coordinating materials and labor resources throughout the life of a project to achieve predetermined objectives of scope, cost, time, quality, and participation satisfaction. What You’ll Do :

• Supervise and manage subcontractors, assistants, and field crews.
• Oversee job site scheduling, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Enforce company policies, including safety and compliance.
• Perform and schedule job site inspections for project closeout and Certificates of Occupancy.
• Maintain and update “as-built” and “history” drawings on-site.
