Application Security Engineer

A company is looking for an Application Security Engineer - 100% Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a complete security stack for endpoint management, vulnerability management, and incident management

Administer the GitLab instance, ensuring its performance and security

Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize security issues and provide expert advice on risk assessment and security vulnerability mitigation

Required Qualifications

2+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on security

Experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Expertise in Git and GitLab administration

Hands-on experience securing cloud applications and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a similar field preferred
