Job Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee HVAC, plumbing, and process sales projects while managing field labor coordination. This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven professional who can build and maintain strong client relationships, drive successful project execution, and ensure seamless collaboration across internal departments.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as the primary point of contact for both the company and the client throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee all aspects of project management, from concept engineering and estimating to final execution.
• Manage contracts, including sales, procurement, and project execution, ensuring all deliverables are met.
• Coordinate field labor and installation schedules in collaboration with field leadership.
• Ensure projects stay within budget, control costs, and provide financial forecasting.
• Prepare key documents, including proposals, contracts, change orders, and strategic plans.
• Monitor billing and job costs for financial accuracy.
