ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Focused on providing superior clinical outcomes and rewarding experiences for our patients
- Document all evaluations, treatments, and other pertinent patient interactions
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations regarding PHI
- Adhere to Code of Ethics and Compliance program
- Communicate, in a timely manner, with other professionals including physicians, case managers, etc. to provide status updates on patient’s plan of care and progress
- Perform annual reviews of all staff members
- Supervising Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehab Techs
- Expectations for this role are 40 hours per week and 5 days per week in the clinic itself

QUALIFICATIONS :
Proven exceptional customer service and patient care experienceSelf-motivated with the willingness to exceed patient expectationsMaintaining a positive attitude and build a fun, welcoming environmentGraduated from an accredited Physical Therapist curriculum; MPT or DPT degreeProof of licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of IllinoisCurrent CPR / BLS CertificationAn entrepreneurial spirit with energetic and team-player attitudePreferred Qualifications, but not required :
1+ years of outpatient PT leadership / supervision experienceSports Medicine experienceOrthopedic experienceDry Needling certificationWHAT WE OFFER :
