Project Leader For Supply Chain Strategy

We are seeking an experienced and innovative project leader to join our dynamic Supply Chain Strategy team. In this position, he / she will play a pivotal role in mobilizing the common component strategy into our business practices (i.e., purchasing and product development processes). In addition, this project leader's expertise will ensure that our products and processes in these spaces not only lead industry performance but also optimize effectiveness for our operational productivity and competitiveness. Key tasks and responsibilities (essential functions) include :

• Project management : planning, scheduling, risk management, budgeting, change management (30%)
• Collaboration : foster strong collaboration between product design, engineering, sourcing, finance, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of principles. Facilitate communication and knowledge sharing to drive a unified approach (30%)
• Risk management : anticipate and mitigate potential challenges related to technology, data integrity, and timely execution. Identify design constraints, production bottlenecks, and potential failure points to develop proactive solutions that minimize disruptions (25%)
• Performance tracking : develop metrics and KPIs to monitor the success and impact of projects across processes impacted. Regularly assess the efficiency gains, quality improvements, and cost savings achieved (10%)
• Better Smarter Faster : ensure integration of BSF operating system in projects to ensure appropriately engaged in organization's cadence and content. Lead, coach, and participate in BSF events to improve processes (5%)

Skills and minimum experience required include :

Education (minimum education required) : Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

Preferred Education : Project Management, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.

Physical requirements : Medium work Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or up to 20 pounds of forces frequently, and / or 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Travel requirements : up to 50% - Domestic USA and / or International

The range for this position is $135,500.00 to $243,900.00. Placement within this range may vary, depending on the applicant's experience and geographic location.
