Operations Supervisor
Location : Hanover, MD

Our client is growing and needs that kind of operator. This role owns branch results across people, projects, service, and profitability. You will set the tone, make clear calls, and build a team that delivers. The work spans strategy and daily execution. It is hands on. It is accountable. What You Get to Do
- Lead the branch. Coach and grow a high performing team.
- Run the schedule. Own dispatch, labor forecasting, workload balance, and resource allocation.
- Deliver the work. Keep projects and service on time, on scope, and on budget with clean close outs.
- Solve problems fast. Be the escalation point and remove blockers for the field and PMs.
- Manage the business. Track job costing, KPIs, forecasting, and branch profitability.
- Partner across functions. Work with Project Management, Engineering, Managed Services, and Sales for smooth handoffs and strong client outcomes.
- Care for the operation. Keep the facility safe and ready, maintain fleet and tools, and meet safety and regulatory requirements.
- Improve every quarter. Champion better systems, better data, and better workflows that raise quality and throughput.
- Represent the brand. Lead meetings, safety briefings, and coaching that build engagement and pride in the work.
What You've Already Done
