Details :

Setting : providing primary care services to geriatric patients in a PACE clinic setting located in Kokomo, IN.

Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-4 : 30pm

Start : ASAP

Required :

Active IN state license

Certifications : BLS, CDS, DEA

Board Certified by ANCC or AANP

A minimum of one (1) year working with the frail or elderly population but not limited to

Compensation :

Receive weekly paycheck
