A skilled Licensed Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN) is sought to provide dedicated health services at a middle school located in Manchester, NH. This role focuses on one-on-one care, supporting two students throughout the school year and during a four-week summer period.

Key Responsibilities :

• Deliver individualized nursing care to two students, ensuring their health, safety, and well-being.
• Monitor and manage health records, medications, and treatments in accordance with care plans.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate prehensive care.
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Maintain pliance with all relevant school and healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures.
