A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor for Commercial Auto Small BI / PD.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery

Guide the team in handling claims according to best practices

Oversee adjuster hiring, training, and performance management

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Claims background in Auto BI / PD

Prior leadership experience of 5+ years
