Job description5+ years of OTR CDL-A recruiting experience is required. Tenstreet Experience. Experience in processing drivers from cradle to grave is a Must. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Highly motivated and driven to succeed. Attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Job Description :
- Screening driver applications.
- Cold calling potential drivers to present the benefits of working for CDN Logistics, Inc.
- Assisting qualified candidates in completing their applications.
- Scheduling newly hired drivers for orientation and providing travel arrangements.
- Follow up with any drivers who fail to report to orientation to reschedule.
