Job Title : A / P Accounting Specialist

Location : Charlotte, NC 27

Salary range : $55,000 / yr.

We are seeking an experienced A / P Accounting Specialist to provide great client service in this key role. This person will work on various Accounts Payable duties, while working in a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Process 300 (average) invoices per week while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper matching against purchase orders.
• Manage daily invoice workflows in CDK Global (system training provided).
• Assist with reconciliations and participate in month-end close processes.
• Maintain organized documentation and follow company accounting policies and controls.
• Monitor, respond, review the shared A / P inbox to prevent backlog, and maintain a steady workflow.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams on invoice processing, reconciliations, and accurate reporting.
• Provide support for AR functions after initial ramp-up, including collections and payment tracking.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
