Inpatient Coding Specialist

A company is looking for an Inpatient Coding Review Specialist (H) to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

Review and analyze electronic medical records to identify missed coding opportunities and enhance documentation

Validate assigned diagnoses and procedure codes to ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory requirements

Collaborate with clinical teams to clarify documentation and participate in coding discussions and education

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Applicable certification requirements as per department description

Ability to learn new procedures and adapt to changing work demands
