Were expanding our team and looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Entry-Level Administrative Assistant whos eager to start a career in accounting and business operations within a professional technology environment.

What Youll Do

This position focuses on accounting and administrative support while helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Youll play a key role in keeping our financial processes accurate and our clients and team supported.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist with bank reconciliations and general financial recordkeeping
  • Support Accounts Receivable (invoicing, payments, and collections)
  • Help manage Accounts Payable (purchasing, payment reviews, and processing)
  • Maintain accurate digital and paper records and organize company files
  • Answer phones and assist clients with billing or account inquiries
  • Provide general office and administrative support, including HR coordination and documentation

What Were Looking For

Were looking for someone whos proactive, organized, and eager to grow no advanced experience required!

Qualifications :

  • Degree or coursework in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Clear communication and a positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Interest in learning about business operations within a technology-focused company
  • Willingness to learn new software (well train you on Sage 50 and other internal tools)
