What You’ll Do :

As a Business Systems Analyst, you’ll serve as a key link between our business operations and technical teams. You'll take a deep dive into our existing systems, identify opportunities to increase efficiency, and help implement meaningful change. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys both big-picture thinking and diving into the details.

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

Documenting and maintaining knowledge of current systems, code, automated processes, and reports supporting the Energy Service business unit.

Analyzing existing business processes and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Leading cross-functional teams to implement system or process changes.

Gathering business requirements, defining project scopes, and creating detailed implementation plans.

Writing and editing SQL queries and reports to support operational needs.

Supporting internal teams with training, troubleshooting, data analysis, and system configuration.

Supervising and providing guidance to the Inventory Coordinator.

Collaborating with operations to maintain inventory and service standards, including vendor relationships and pricing management.

Acting as a liaison between technical teams and users to ensure smooth communication and alignment on system requirements.

Supporting ERP permissions and software implementations related to the Energy Service division.

Contributing to a culture of creativity, safety, and continuous improvement.

What You Bring :

We're looking for someone who is curious, thoughtful, and driven to make a difference. You’ll be successful in this role if you have :

Experience in analyzing and improving business processes.

Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server with intermediate to advanced SQL query writing.

Familiarity with business intelligence tools and statistical reporting.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Technical writing abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

Experience with process diagramming software.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a changing workload.

A collaborative spirit and a positive attitude.

Bonus : Experience with ERP systems, batch programming, or inventory coordination.
