Job Title : Warehouse Forklift Operator
Location : Grand Rapids, MI
Pay : $18 / hr
Shift : 1st Shift, 2nd Shift, and Weekend Shift all available
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse while following all safety protocols and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities :
- Safely operate sit-down and / or stand-up forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Load and unload trucks, move products to designated storage areas
- Pick, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues
- Maintain accurate inventory records and complete necessary documentation
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including manual material handling
- Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures
