Job Title : Automotive Sales Consultant

Location : Bremen, GA (In-Person)

Pay Range : $85,000 – $145,000+ annually (base + commission)

We’re Hiring ONLY Experienced Sales Consultants with Proven Track Records!

Business is booming at Pugmire Ford of Bremen, and we’re looking for sales professionals who can show measurable results. If you have a history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals and can back it up with performance, we want you on our team.

What You’ll Do :

Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and present vehicle options

Become a knowledgeable expert on our full lineup of new and pre-owned vehicles

Conduct test drives to highlight key features and value

Present financing and leasing options in a clear, professional manner

Follow up with online and showroom customers to set appointments and close deals

Maintain communication with past customers to generate repeat business

What We’re Looking For :

Proven, verifiable track record in automotive or comparable sales (required)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Drive to exceed goals and earn unlimited income

Confidence in asking for the sale and closing deals

Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and email

Excellent appearance, presentation, and written / verbal skills

Saturday availability (we are closed Sundays!)

Valid U.S. driver’s license
